Dear Parents,

        This letter is coming to you to communicate the procedures which have been set up for youth activities that will take place at a location other than on church property.

        Every time there is a youth function away from the church, there will be a permission slip coming home with your child providing you with information regarding the event. Your signature will be required on the form and it must be turned in by the cut off date in order for that child to go to the function with the group. this is to insure that you are aware of the event and that you have agreed to allow your child to attend.

        Also, at every Days of Grace Youth function, we will do our part to insure that there is an adequate amount of adult chaperones for each of these planned events.

        If you did not recieve a permission slip for an event and your child is asking permission to attend a function they are stating is a youth function, please feel free to contact one of the adult youth leaders listed below to verify that the event is one put on by Days of Grace Fellowship.
